OUR Philosophy

 

 

‘You are what you eat’, this is the motto we have adopted in parallel to eating sensible food.

 

We all know that eating nutritious healthy food gives better health and more energy.

 

What food we eat and how we cook is so very important to our health and wellbeing in general. Many times we can avoid chemical medicine or illness by applying some simple changes in our nutritional and eating habits. It’s all a matter of having goodwill to make the changes.

 

Many share our nutritional philosophy but cannot easily find or prepare healthy food on a daily basis due to lack of time. This is what has made us decide to open Sensifood, a healthy take-away shop where food is natural, fresh, simple but tasty, and easily digestible.

 

Our food is carefully prepared and we use slow, low temperature cooking methods, with gentle simmering or light steaming. We use no oils or other fats during cooking. We simply add olive oil, when is necessary, at end of cooking.

 

Upon request we can prepare special meals for special dietary needs.

 

Our recipes are nutritious healthy and we use fresh natural ingredients and organic produce, when available.
